Employment

The mission of the Employment Initiative is to cultivate individuals for 21st-century leadership through the development of distinctive qualities, values and strengths, thus producing partners rather than employees. Our goal is to provide access and opportunity to the residents of the Park Mesa Heights community through employment, job training and business development.

Programs

• Customer Service Institute (CSI): CSI is more than a customer service training ground; it is a Professional Development, Leadership and Business Sustainability program. It cultivates the critical skills needed in an employee to help them reach their maximum potential by coaching them to set realistic and attainable goals, coaching students to view their careers from a business perspective.
