Health

The goal of the Health Initiative is to improve the overall health and well-being of the Park Mesa Heights community. To achieve this goal, the Health Initiative is focusing on youth & family advocacy, health advocacy, and outdoor healthy living. The community will be engaged on a continual basis through a “Call to Action” plan, which will include community health assessments and programs that are designed to improve health outcomes. Through the implementation of innovative strategies, residents and consumers of the Park Mesa Heights community will achieve optimal health.
