Waymo and the Los Angeles Urban League

The Los Angeles Urban League, in partnership with Waymo, an autonomous ride-hailing service, offered rides to Angelenos impacted by fires in 2025 and for a period of several months in 2024. Although still connected with Waymo, we are not offering ride share coupons at this time.

Waymo’s service stands out because its vehicles are entirely autonomous. This means that a driverless car will arrive to pick you up. Riders can sit back and enjoy the ride from the front passenger or back seats, controlling music and temperature as they travel from one point to another.
