April Bundy
Entrepreneurship Center Director
As the Director of the Entrepreneurship Center at the Los Angeles Urban League, April leads initiatives focused on advancing small business growth, economic mobility, and community empowerment throughout Los Angeles. In this role, she oversees a comprehensive portfolio of programs and services designed to equip entrepreneurs — particularly those in underserved communities — with the knowledge, technical assistance, strategic guidance, and access to capital needed to build sustainable and competitive businesses.
In addition to leading the Entrepreneurship Center, April provides leadership for transportation initiatives that expand access to mobility solutions for underserved populations. Her work helps connect individuals to employment, education, healthcare, and essential services by advancing innovative transportation programs that remove barriers to economic participation and improve quality of life across the region.
April brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in banking, business operations, customer experience, and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Los Angeles Urban League, she held several senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo, including Vice President of Business Execution and Vice President of Customer Experience for Community Banking. During her tenure, she led transformational initiatives, developed large-scale operational frameworks, managed cross-functional teams, and advised senior executives on strategic growth, risk management, and organizational performance.
April’s extensive background in financial services, strategic partnerships, and program development continues to strengthen the Los Angeles Urban League’s mission of empowering communities and expanding economic opportunity.
