Access for All (AFA), powered by Butterfli, is a state-funded program administered by SAFA.  The program was launched in 2018, and AFA is designed for individuals who meet specific criteria for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) due to a disability that limits their mobility. The program’s purpose is to expand and improve on-demand service throughout Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino, ensuring safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation.
