Leveraging a diverse background in executive leadership, Holly Harris-Monk brings a wealth of experience to the Los Angeles Urban League. Her proven track record spans operations, information technology, human resources, and strategic planning, honed across both Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations.

A passionate advocate for community empowerment, Holly is a results-oriented leader. She is known for her dedication to driving positive change and amplifying the voices of those she serves.

Prior to joining the Urban League, Holly worked at Adobe Systems for one of the tech teams that helped integrate Adobe’s software products globally as a mainstay in the business and educational sectors. She led efforts in the Western U.S. for K-12 and college students, ensuring they had access to Adobe software tools, which helped improve their performance in classrooms.

A native Angeleno and graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Holly brings a deep understanding of the Los Angeles community to her role, and proudly states she’s a product of its culture.
