Entrepreneurship Center Outreach Program Manager
As the Entrepreneurship Center Outreach Program Manager at the Los Angeles Urban League, Franchesca supports community-centered initiatives that expand access to entrepreneurship resources and economic mobility programs throughout Los Angeles. Her work focuses on strengthening outreach efforts and connecting historically underserved communities with programs and services that foster long-term growth and stability.
With a background in community development and transportation policy, Franchesca brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work. She has led and supported initiatives focused on community planning, youth engagement, and transit equity. Prior to joining the Los Angeles Urban League, she worked with organizations including the University of California, Los Angeles Center for Community Engagement, the University of California, Berkeley Center for Cities and Schools, and the United States Department of Transportation, where she contributed to projects related to transportation access, civic engagement, and environmental justice.
Franchesca is also recognized for her leadership in community-based transit safety and youth advocacy initiatives. She directed the “Not One More Girl” public art and transit safety campaign in partnership with Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), to advance safer and more inclusive public transportation experiences. Her commitment to inclusive engagement and cross-sector collaboration continues to strengthen communities and create meaningful pathways to opportunity.
