The Los Angeles Urban League invites small business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders to join us for an informative seminar focused on the fundamentals of 401(k) retirement planning for small businesses.

This interactive session, presented in partnership with Manulife | John Hancock Retirement, will provide valuable insights into establishing and managing a 401(k) plan, understanding key partnership considerations, and exploring available tax credits designed to help reduce implementation costs for employers.

Guest speaker Christopher McDavid brings more than 15 years of financial services experience and will share practical guidance to help businesses better support employee retirement readiness while strengthening long-term organizational growth.
