Attorney Andrea Van Leesten, specializes in Estate Planning, Probate, Conservatorship, Guardianship & Elder Law. She has a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA, a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and has certificates in mediation and negotiation from Pepperdine University School of Law. She established Van Leesten Law Corp. in 1991.  Atty. Van Leesten has published several articles on Elder Law for the American Bar Association and most recently “ Planning for the New Life Journey” for Alzheimer’s Digest. Atty. Van Leesten is passionate about ensuring families, individuals, and particularly seniors, have the appropriate legal protection documents in place, along with the representation to ensure proper execution and distribution of assets and benefits.  Andrea is an avid golfer and President of Tee Masters Golf Club.

Charles “Butch” Grimes, Conservator/Real Estate Brooker

Butch” Charles Grimes is a seasoned real estate broker with more than 36 years of experience. Specializing in Probate, Conservatorships, Trust, Receiverships, and Partition Matters as a Referee. A man of many hats. But his biggest challenge has been taking care of his mom with Dementia. Butch has been through many phases of the disease with his mother and has been able to share his story with others that may be faced with care for a loved one in the future. The dementia/Alzheimer’s has been tough, but a lot of good has come out of his “TEAMS” efforts by creating a 501c3 Non-Profit called whosgonnatakecareofme.org, focusing on Alzheimer’s/Dementia outreach and education. Coupled with a special Christmas program called “Elves For Alzheimer’s” which provides underserved Alzheimer’s sufferers with daily essentials. Since inception Butch & his team have provided over 40,000 briefs, toiletries, and essentials to facilities in So. L.A. & Inglewood areas. Gloria Grimes Resource Community Center & the Alzheimer’s Digest newspaper are his latest accomplishments.
